Earlier this week we had the absolute pleasure of inviting some of New Zealand’s media to preview our new AW16 collection at Pocket Bar & Kitchen – a beautiful and perfect venue to showcase our new season of homewares and furniture.
We shared a peek into our new collection earlier this week and are thrilled that so many of you already love our new season – we are always so proud of our new seasons and our Autumn/Winter 2016 collection is easily going to be one of our favourites. Our new season will be arriving in stores over the coming weeks – but before it arrives, have a look below of more of our new season – we can’t wait to hear what your favourite pieces are. You will also find a delicious cocktail recipe that Pocket Bar & Kitchen created for our event for you to try this weekend.

To make fresh reduction –
Skin one pineapple and cut into 6 slices. Grill pineapple slices until beautifully charred on one side. Juice the charred pineapple (should make about 500 ml from one pineapple + froth).
Add juice and 650ml coconut water to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Once boiling add 300g organic cane sugar, one fresh red chilli (with seeds) and a big pinch of salt. Leave on heat to reduce for 30min. Cool and then strain.
Build over ice. 40ml fresh reduction, 40ml Tequila and then top up with sparkling water. Give a quick stir and then garnish with fresh pineapple pieces and mint leaves.
